The purpose of the florida limousine assocation is to assist in the creation and continued development of a vibrant ground transportation industry in the state of florida. This organization is mainly an educational forum bringing information to members paying dues to help run their organizations legally and effectively. Our industry is plagued by individuals (gypsy operations) who fail to provide "for hire" insurance on their vehicles and who fail to register their vehicles and drivers with the appropriate local jurisictions. These operations give our industry a bad name and endanger the safety of the riding public. The goal of the f.l.a is to have member companies in every county in the state of florida.
