Mission
The florida mosquito association's primary mission is to promote effefective and environmnetally sound control of disease-transmitting and pestiferous mosquitoes and other arthropods of public health importance, develop an denhance public interest, awareness, and support for the control of mosquitoes, and provide for the scientific advancement of members through our meetings, trainings, and education.

Education coordination - training courses on mosquito control materials and methodsare presented to mosquito control workers. Publication, books and handbooks - our quarterly newsletter focuses on techniques, research and best mangement practices for mosquito control districts. Our missionis met by providing effective and environmentally sound training which serves as ceu's for certification and enhances interest and awareness.
Aerial training - we provide technical training for pilots and others directly involved in aerial disbursement of mosquito control chemicals, our mission is met by training and education.
