The organization operates a transitional housing program for women coming from prison or recovery. The program has strict rules and expectations. Approximately 50% of the women complete the program and maintain employment and are able to obtain independent living arrangements when their program is complete.

Jobs for Life is a class focused on soft skills that contribute to successful employment. Each student is supported by a mentor throughout the program to walk along side of them during this transformational time. Two sessions of eight-week classes are held during the year. 70% of the graduates succeed in improving their employ,emt circumstances.
