Flourish Foundation

Education programs: flourish foundation offers school-based programs that introduce different forms of minful awareness training to students and teachers in the classroom setting in order to broaden the scope of education to include social and emotional skills, attentional training, and the development of virtues that support personal, social, and environmental health and well being.

Public outreach: along with direct programming, flourish foundation provides the local community with educational opportunities through lectures and workshops. Minfulness-based childbirth & parenting: this workshop supports expectant couples in how to engage the mind to deal with the pain or fear associated with childbirth as a way to access deep physical and mental relaxation.
