Mission

Rochester New York Police Officers and First Responders within the city of Rochester, Monroe County. Coming from a variety of backgrounds and serving on a voluntary basis, Flower City chaplains seek to sustain those in crisis, support those in need and enhance the effectiveness of our police, firefighters, EMT's, other public servants and those that they protect and serve. As spiritual and social beings the healing of the soul and spirit, the reestablishing of authentic relationships with other people and the restoration of the whole person requires something more. We provide counseling to individuals regardless of religious or non-religious affiliation.
