Mission
To help individuals locate lost pets and to help individuals foster,spay,neuter,and adopt cats and dogs and to provide pet food for financially needy pet owners.

The FCHS Kennels house cats and dogs waiting to be fostered or permanently adopted. 63 dogs and 121 cats were rescued in 2024.
The Community Assistance program assists community members with pet transport and spaying and neutering of cats and dogs. Also, pet ID tags,emergency medical care, pet food bank, rabies clinic, and other community pet needs. 6565 pounds of pet food were donated in 2024. 17,163 in spay and neuter assistance was provided to the public in 2024. 78 cats and dogs received free rabies vaccinations in 2024.
The dog assistance program provides food, medical care, and other assistance.
