Coordinate and/or provide educational resources & training to fayetteville metropolitan hsg authority (fmha) residents through the fmha job skills training/pre-apprenticeship pilot program, & any & all future programs created to promote the charitable & educational training of fmha residents, as such programs may or may not be performed in conjunction with the hud ross program or any related authorities (the resident training program).
