The organization's primary purpose is to acquire, hold and facilitate rental of real and personal property through purchase, gift or otherwise, for the purpose of maintaining and operating such real and personal property for the care of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential environment, regardless of race, creed, color or national origin.
