Outpatient - program focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of emotional and behavioral health problems on an outpatient basis

Physicians - program dedicated to enhancing the emotional and behavioral health through advocacy, community involvement and provision of the highest quality diagnostic and professional treatment services.

Crisis - comprehensive array of programs designed to stabilize the conditions of acute or severe psychiatric symptoms; day treatment - program focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of emotional and behavioral health problems in a day time treatment; community engagement ( formerly care coordinator) - program to develop a community support system for adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring mental illness and/or substance abuse and/or developmental disabilities who are at risk of hospitalization; service coordination - case management program designed to provide a single point of contact to ensure patients' needs are met; act - assertive community treatment. An inclusive array of community-based rehabilitation services to high risk consumers who have a history of frequent hospitalizations and/or crisis contacts; waiver services - state funded medicaid program designed to deliver services to individuals in their home and community as an alternative to receiving services in an intermediate care facility
