Follow On Initiative's mission is to empower United States Military Special Operations servicemembers as they transition to civilian careers by providing specialized and targeted career development support that is custom to individuals within 24 months from retiring or separating from active duty. We offer resume and interview coaching, facilitate connections with executive leaders, and curate networking opportunities within civilian industries. With strategic partnerships and tailored placement recommendations, Follow On Initiative will guide these exceptional individuals to achieve new career goals that will continue their legacy of excellence, leadership, and resilience in civilian life.
