Foothill Communities Association Inc

The Foothill Communities Association (FCA) is a nonprofit corporation located in the unincorporated area known as North Tustin, California. The community includes the unincorporated parts of zip code 92705 with postal name Santa Ana and zip code 92780 with postal name Tustin. Since 1964, Foothill Communities Association has strived to preserve and enhance our highly-valued living environment. The Association is passionate about maintaining its neighborhood and defending it against rezoning and preventing condensed housing from being built. Over 10,000 homes are within the charter area. North Tustin is the largest unincorporated community in Orange County, California.
