Mission
Maintain the common land/facilities and oversee social events. Provide all 35 cottage owners with ability to enjoy facilities by maintaining water system; lake front common land; farmhouse and barn. All Association expenses are covered through member assessments.

The association's water system is active from May through October each year. To continue our proactive mindset, the association replaced sub-sections of water piping. Additionally, constant water testing is conducted.
Due to the amount of property on the association, which includes larger grassed areas, we invested in a riding mower for our caretaker. This will assist in the general upkeep of the organization and continues our welcoming environment.
