Forest Trails Alliance

Fta accomplishes its mission in three ways: 1. Education: by creating ways for groups to share educational experiences through apprenticeship and volunteer training programs, regional trail stewardships and internet/youtube training content. 2. Networking: bringing communities together through stewardships, developing online forums for trailbuilding, and creating a national builders guild. 3. Shared resources: supporting collaborative, cost-effective sharing of resources such as equipment, insurances, information, and staff efforts, to support and further trailbuilding.
