Stop the Cycle Spay/Neuter Program: provided spay/neuter vouchers to low-income pet owners who had their choice of participating veterinarians spay and/or neuter their pets. A total of 85 dogs (39 spays, 46 neuters) and 92 cats (54 spays, 38 neuters) were spayed or neutered.

Fear No Feral Program: Assisted property owners with humane trapping of 187 cats, which were provided veterinary care, including spay/neuter, ear tipping, and rabies vaccination. Of the cats served, 100 were released at the same location where they were trapped (trap-neuter-release, or TNR); 13 were adopted as barn cats; 71 were transferred to the Happy Homes Adoption Program; 0 are still waiting for homes; 2 were euthanized for health reasons; 1 failing kitten died in care.
