The foundation is organized exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, and to carry out the purposes of forging futures education fund (the "fund"), a texas nonprofit corporation recognized as exempt from tax under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code and recognized as a public charity under section 509(a) of the internal revenue code.
