Forgotten voices internation, fvi, is demonstrating the love of jesus by partnering with local churches in southern africa to empower families and caregivers to meet the spiritual, emotional, and physical needs of orphaned and vulnerable children in their communities. Fvi, partners and equips trustworthy local church and community leaders to develop custom plans that holistically address the unique needs of orphaned and vulnerable children using sustainable solutions through a 5-year capacity building process. In collaboration with other non-profits working in the community, fvi provides training workshops, skills training, financial resources and networking opportunities to enhance the orphan care work being done in these vulnerable communities by local church partners, field staff and caregivers. Zambia - forgotten voices international provided services to 5,082 beneficiaries to address the needs of orphaned and vulnerable children. Fvi partnered with 22 churches, training church volunteers, and funding administrative expenses to maintain consistent staffing and resources. Forgotten voices has approximately 86 people living and working in zambia who volunteer their time and resources to counsel, train and support our beneficiaries in zambia. These costs are not quantified in our financial reports, but their efforts are necessary and instrumental in insuring that our impact in these countries is sustainable and extends well beyond our 5 -year partnership. The volunteers also monitor and report on the transformation that is happening for those that we serve.
Malawi - forgotten voices international provided services to 1,174 beneficiaries to address the needs of orphaned and vulnerable childre. Fvi partnered with 17 churches, training church volunteers, and funding administrative expenses to maintain consistent staffing and resources. Forgotten voices has approximately 37 people living and working in malawi who volunteer their time and resources to counsel, train and support our beneficiaries in malawi. These costs are not quantified in our financial reports, but their efforts are necessary and instrumental in insuring that our impact in these countries is sustainable and extends well beyond our 5 -year partnership. The volunteers also monitor and report on the transformation that is happening for those that we serve.
