"EMPLEO A JOVENES EN SUPERACION" this program, whose name is in Spanish and means "employment for youths who are overcoming obstacles", provides employment opportunities to low income individuals that are unemployed because they have no prior working experience, have prior criminal records or do not have a high school diploma.
