Northern Manhattan I _ Early Head Start & Head Start (NM I):This program combines the strengths of Early Head Start and Head Start programs, located at 4467 Broadway in Washington Heights Community in New York, the program is composed of fifty (50) Head Start children in center base classrooms and fifty (50) Early Head Start infants and toddlers in providers' home, Northern Manhattan I program serves Washington Heights, West Harlem and Hamilton Heights communities.

The program serves 64 children in providers home and 8 children in an Early Head Start classroom, located at 489 St. Pauls Place in the Bronx.
