Mission
Our mission is to provide seniors with information and resources to assist with the process of aging, and to provide programs and activities that will help them to be physically and mentally active.
Programs
2 programs
We offer hiking, walking, bicycling, tai chi, and dance groups for seniors that allow them to stay mentally and physically active.
We provide board and card games, craft and hobby classes, field trips, travel opportunities, and an annual picnic. We also have monthly programs to inform seniors about health care, personal safety, and other issues applicable to seniors.
