Mission
Forward Motion Social Justice Institute brings together community and labor leaders from across the United States to more fully understand the intersection of community, economy, society and environment and to be a training center for social justice organizers and produce education materials for use by social justice organizers and sponsor and convene educational conferences on problems of environmental, economic and political issues facing diverse communities.

Webinars - Convened over 150 network associates as well as members of the public for webinar discussions intended to facilitate cross-sectoral evaluation and assessment and publicity of specific campaigns and organizational work. Webinar attendees were provided with specific opportunities for next steps - further educational opportunities and/or action steps.
National Conference - Gathering of network associated to discuss conditions for organizing, evaluate campaigns and discuss cross-sectoral strategies and planning for future campaigns. In 2024, over 150 people attended the national conference which led to specific plans for organizing interventions.
