The organization is established exclusively to engage in charitable and educational activities, and is dedicated to promoting and advancing thomas jefferson's and the founders' prescription for a successful country that is anchored by freedom, prosperity, and kindness, and will undertake activities including, but not limited to: (i) developing and providing access to online civics education programs; (ii) promoting understanding and engagement among citizens of different backgrounds; (iii) providing trade school scholarships;(iv) partnering with other organizations with similar missions; and (v) any other activities authorized by the board of directors that are consistent with this mission and purpose.

The good neighbor program helps to highlight individuals and small charities that help to make their neighborhoods a better place. The outriders help to highlight these good neighbors, and through the good neighbor grant, extend their impacts on the community.
