To enhance, enrich, and expand educational opportunities within the burnsville-eagan-savage school district.

Foundation grant program the foundation 191 grant program is the heart and soul of this organization; the very foundation on which it was built. Each year, grant requests are submitted and awarded to classrooms throughout the school district for innovative and inclusive projects meant to enhance educational experiences. Each year, the foundation's executive board is amazed by the creativity and compassion of the 191 staff. In 2024, foundation 191 awarded 19 grants to support academics, arts, research, and athletics. Since its inception in 2005, foundation 191 has provided more than 100,000 in grants and in-kind contributions to supplement and enhance students' experiences.
