Residential construction program: the residential construction site at spring village is quickly being completed with beautiful, student built homes. A total of 18 homes are slotted for completion and to date, thirteen homes have been finished by the students and community partners. Fate and fcps have had meetings with fairfax county executives and private industry personnel hoping to identify future sites. This is vitally important to the mission of fate and the success of the students of fairfax county public schools. The process of identifying and securing a suitable building site is extremely time consuming and once a site is found, there can be years of preparation before we can begin building.
