Our mission is to advance the theory and practice of Appreciative Inquiry to create a world of full-spectrum flourishing- flourishing lives, families, communities, enterprises, and thriving ecosystems. Primary programs include helping communities around the world with the tools of Appreciative Inquiry (a strengths-based community change process) and advancing new tools, training programs, and concepts for positive change.
