Ongoing clinical trial evaluating whether prism neurofeedback training, used alongside usual ptsd treatment, reduces ptsd symptoms in u.s. Military veterans and civilians. Participants receive real or sham training over several weeks, with follow-up interviews to assess outcomes.

This is an on-going clinical research study on people with type ii diabetes. It compares four different commonly used diabetes medications in combination with metformin. The study is looking at how well each combination works to control blood sugar levels in order to determine which combination works the best. It is also looking at the benefits and side effects of each combination.
