The foundation for democracy and liberal values (fdlv) promotes high-quality journalism and freedom of expression. The organization provides funding and resources to exiled media organizations and individuals. Our mission is to support russian-language independent journalism and foster innovations that enable news organizations to reach audiences under restrictive conditions. The foundation grants independent russian-language exiled filmmakers grants to develop scripts for feature films and film series.
