Foundation For Eds Inc

Foundation will serve the mission of episcopal day school of the church of the good shepherd by owning, holding, developing and maintaining that certain tract of land known generally as 1337 flowing wells road, augusta, richmond county, georgia for the benefit of the church of the good shepherd for its members, the episcopal day school and its community, and the augusta, georgia community as a whole.
