Foundation For Eye Health And Education

The purpose of the foundation is exclusively charitable and educational within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. The mission of the foundation is to educate patients and other care providers about ocular health issues and available treatments, to research the science of ophthalmology, and to aid in covering the eye care expenses for the underserved and/or underinsured patients in our community.
