Femtormatch is ffwn's strategy for developing next generation of filipina leaders through local and global partnerships between female mentors, femtors, and female mentees, femtees. Femtormatch provides structured one-on-one mentoring that harnesses the power of the internet to broaden and deepen the reach of traditional mentoring. Thus, both femtors and femtees can reside anywhere in the world. Based on established leadership competencies, femtormatch can provide femtees the skill sets and networks they need to succeed as professionals, managers and leaders anywhere in the world. Competencies are defined as knowledge, skills, abilities, behaviors, accomplishments, traits, characteristics and success factors.
Pinay entreprenuership: women of philippine ancestry face barriers in their participation in the global economy. This program focuses on existing business owners and those who are interested in starting their own business through thoughtful, interactive training, discussions, personal femtoring and business coaching based on needs assessments. The program is aimed at removing barriers to gender equality, improving social and business opportunities, understanding the forms of business ownership and entrepreneurial fit based on acquired skills and competencies.
