The ffe exists to support organizations and individuals invested in developing the next generation of fraternity/sorority leaders by fostering a culture of care, increasing financial resources to support the community through research grants and educational programs, providing cooperativeservices and coordinating and sharing resources to inform data-drivendecision-making.

Scholarships to support 59 high school graduates in the men's college scholarship program to inspire college attendance and academic success by young men.
Three different events by over 530 participants. Continuing education webinar series and virtual coffee chats with peer-learning and networking with over 280 participants annually. A compendium of educational resources electronically available to members to meet the needs of the continually evolving industry.
