Board approved funding that the Foundation awarded to Hackettstown Medical Center fo an Oncology Nurse Navigator to help assist the patient, their family, and/or carefivers across the continuum, to overcome any health barriers, providing a comprehensive assessment and facilitate timely referrals for appointments to the multidisciplinary oncology team.

Board approved funding to Hacketstown Medical Center for a Mobility Aid. This is an early mobilization project that addresses patients needs to be mobile during their hospital stay, contribution to a positive impact on morbidity, mortality, an unnecessary legal lengths of stay.
