The jim and sue bernstein health center scholarship program provides scholarships to families employed in north carolina's rural health clinics.community voice: community voice walks alongside the communities that fhli serves, working to empower north carolinians to efficiently drive decision-making around outcomes, resource needs, and local and system-wide solutions. Fhli's community voice model acknowledges that people directly impacted by health disparities deserve not only to have a seat at someone else's table, but to have their own decision-making table to create their own paths to health equity.fhli's community voice builds upwards and outwards, leveraging fhli's unique portfolio of programs and expertise to provide robust support, connection to statewide and federal resources, and advocacy to drive system-wide, community-based, change.
