The mission of the foundation for integrated care (the "foundation" is to support the continuing integration of behavioral health and primary care in rhode island. The foundation collaborates with integration of behavioral health content experts, learners, behavioral health providers, and primary care teams to, evaluate, staff, and implement integration of behavioral health at the practice level.
