Foundation For Wellness

The corporation is organized and is operated exclusively for charitable, scientific and educational purposes relating to the promotion of the total well-being of women and their families, including in furtherance of such purposes, the providing of such services to the general public and medical professionals in such areas as pre-natal care, childbirth and parenting; sponsoring public discussion groups, forums, panels, lectures and similar educational programs relating to promoting the total well being of woman and their families. Continuing medical education programs are provided to medical professionals in the areas of disease and mental health conditions affecting woman and their families: and such other activities as may promote the general purposes stated above.
