Fitness Programs: Our members know that if they're going to keep learning, they have to keep moving. So during 2024 members took all kinds of fitness classes through Founders Hall, from simple stretching to hard-core strengthening as well as aerobics, basketball clinics, pickleball, yoga, dancing and more. Classes were offered in-person as well as on-line.

Social Events and Trips: At Founders Hall, lifelong residents and those new to town all discover a supportive community that understands the opportunities and challenges of life after 60. Members enjoyed getting together for a variety of social activities including parties, tournaments and tastings. During 2024, members toured the state Capitol, enjoyed the Christmas Show at Radio City and visited the Metropolitan, New Britain Museum of Art and Dia Beacon.
