Post memorial fourth of july town celebration scholarship is awarded to a student who must be a high school senior from the town of enfield who has given time and energies in a volunteer capacity at the fourth of july town celebration, in the community, and who is in need of financial assistance. The student also must plan to attend a post high school institute of higher learning.
