Fraser Valley Community Media operates community radio stations KFFR 88.3 FM and KWTR 89.1 FM to unite Grand County, Colorado, by broadcasting local music, news, cultural programming, youth education, and civic information.

FVCM provides hands-on media education for local youth through Youth Week, Panther Radio at Middle Park High School, and the Broadcast Club at East Grand Middle School Students produced audio postcards, podcasts, and sports broadcasts, engaging more than 100 youth in 2024. Staff time supported training, production, and mentorship.
FVCM promotes local arts and culture through the Blue Spruce Membership Concert Series, Sound of Grand County, live in-studio concerts, and broadcasts from community festivals. These events featured local and regional musicians and provided cultural programming for Grand County listeners. Staff time supported event organization, live production, and community outreach.
