Fraternal order of eagles is operated under the lodge system for the exclusive benefit of the members of the fraternal organization. It operates under the supervision of the grand aerie.

The organization also hosted fundraisers for adopt a family, cub scouts pinewood derby, community chest and the wahoo fire department annual banquet.the eagles also supplied the use of the hall & dining areas for financially stressed individuals.
