To promote police legislation and a greater sociability and fraternity among the law enforcement officers of the roll regional area, to support and defend the ordinances and statues of our respective jurisdictions, the constitution of the sovereign state of missouri, and to improve the individual proficiency of our members in the performance of their duties.
