The Trust limits its distributions to the University of Vermont Medical Center and the Howard Center, Inc., for charitable purposes as described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The University of Vermont Medical Center and the Howard Center, Inc. are the successors of the charitable beneficiaries named in Part VI, Paragraph Five of the last will and testament.
