Teaching movement literacy to kids of all abilities through a dynamic, online program that teaches, challenges and encourages. The program integrates the physical, biological and behavioral sciences creating a logical progression of human movements from simple to complex. It has been developed to combat the growing epidemic of physical inactivity, obesity, diabetes and depression throughout the world. Its structure is built on engaging, encouraging and empowering "matrix plays". Movements and skills evolve through a series of progressive video lession plans crafted to facilitate success for individuals of all ages. Free2play has the calling and promise to change the world by empowering bodies, engaging minds and enriching the spirits of all children to be free to play.
