Research: in 2024, the fba completed research efforts related to trauma-informed workplace best practices and healing-centered workplace assessments. Fba continues to execute annual member review and data collection process that will allow us to track the progress of the movement over the coming year. This data will be collected from all fba members and analyzed on an annual basis.
Brand awareness: the freedom business alliance (fba) actively promotes awareness about the urgent need to create safe, sustainable jobs for survivors of trafficking and individuals at risk, while prioritizing prevention in high-trafficking communities. Through keynote addresses, panel discussions, and workshops at conferences, fba amplifies the importance of economic empowerment as a solution to exploitation. Additionally, we leverage digital platforms such as blogs, webinars, and social media to share insights, best practices, and survivor-informed strategies. By engaging diverse audiences across sectors, fba fosters collaboration, builds understanding, and mobilizes action to address the root causes of trafficking through meaningful employment and community-led prevention efforts.
