Primary Exempt Purpose - a. FEF shall specifically provide support in the form of educational services and supplies and financial resources to underprivileged primary, secondary, and /or University students living in West Africa, with a focus on students living in the country of Ghana, b. FEF shall further seek to encourage and facilitate such students to obtain education by assisting and advising them in pursuing educational opportunities and scholarships which are available in Ghana, West Africa or elsewhere
