Fremont counseling service, inc.'s mission is to provide high quality mental health and substance abuse services to enhance people's lives and enrich the community.

Substance use disorder services: fcs provided 7,317 hours of service to 113 individual enrolled clients. Of those hours, 78% were delivered to priority populations and 22% were delivered to a general population. Of the clients, 60% were male and 40% were female; 1% were youth and 99% were adult. 81% experienced improved functioning upon treatment completion.
Community services (supported independence program - sip): fcs served 26 adults with severe mental illness in our supported housing program with 89% utilization rate and a total of 6,957 bed days.
