Mission
Freshwater coast community foundation is chartered to make investments to improve our schools and educational processes. We are here to help businesses launch their enterprises and promote continuing education for them to succeed. Additionally, our support of cultural enrichment and the arts enhances the quality life in our region of abbeville county, mccormick county and the starr-iva area of anderson county.
