To provide support and resources to the school for the benefit and educational growth of the children; to develop a cooperative working relationship between the parents and staff of our school; to develop parent leadership and build capacity for greater involvement; to foster and encourage parent participation on all levels; to provide opportunities and training for parents to participate in school governance and decision-making.

Ps 11 programs is a non-profit that provides enrichment activities to the students of ps 11. In 2024-2025, the pta provided funding for various ps 11 programs including recess coordinators, theater, green market programs, and others.
The pta provided funding directly to ps 11 program to supplement the school's budget including adding teachers, substitute teachers and supplies.
