The Friends of Alice Birney Elemetrary's FOABE mission is to raise money to ensure the continuation of the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme IB PYP at Birney Elementary School in San Diego, CA. The IB PYP is a highly sought-after framework that encourages academic and personal development for all students.
