The friends of chabot college facilitates cash gifts, legacy gifts, corporate contributions, in-kind contributions, and other methods of giving in order to secure funds for the advancement of the college and students.

As part of its mission to support the chabot college programs and the community in its service area, the fcc was able to support grants and sponsorships to several local organizations for a total of 7,250.

The fcc continued to partner with the donna l. And edward e. Martins foundation which provided close to 20,000 to support the use of electronic health records (her) technology and training materials in support of the chabot nursing program. The fcc continues to collaborate with alumni and college staff to raise funds for college programs, sponsor events in the community, and engage with community partners to expand the reach and awareness of chabot programs and services.
