Friends Of Cincinnati Animal Care Humane Society

The specific charitable and educational purposes for which the corporation is organized are:(i) to operate exclusively for the benefit of cincinnati animal care humane society, an ohio non-profit corporation described in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code;(ii) to promote and support the programs, services and operations of cincinnati animal care humane society;(iii) to solicit, receive, hold, administer and apply funds or other property, raised through gifts, devises, bequests, endowments, grants or otherwise, or proceeeds thereof, for the benefit of cincinnati animal care humane society;(iv) to promote awareness of the programs and services of cincinnati animal care humane society and the benefits which cincinnati animal care humane society provides to the communities that is serves;(v) to do through such other necessary and property means what may be required to effect and carry forward the aforesaid charitable and educataional pruposes of the corporation.
