Evaluationone of the requirements for educare is to collect and analyze (in collaboration with the national educare learning network and a local evaluation partner) information and data on children, families and workforce. The data is used by the site to make continuous improvements on enhancing the organization's services to the community. The data is also used by the national network to look at national trends across all educare schools in the network.

Family engagement the family engagement program at e.c.s.v. Is defined as partnering with families to build mutually respectful, goal-oriented relationships between families and staff that support strong parent-child relationships, family well-being, and ongoing learning and development for parents and children. Additionally, e.c.s.v. Held in person family events and trainings, and has continued supporting the community through rental assistance, distribution of diaper and formula kits, meals, and access to mental health services.

Family resource center ("frc")the family resource center at e.c.s.v. Provides a variety of services such as training, developmental screenings, resources and referrals to community services, and classes for young children and caregivers. The family resource center also houses a satellite public library and provides regularly scheduled story-time activities and a book-lending program. Services are available to families with young children who reside in the santee community, regardless of whether or not their child is enrolled in an e.c.s.v. Classroom. More than 450 unduplicated young children and caregivers were served through services provided by the family resource center in this year. Over 19,000 people were engaged in community events such as a fall festival and spring community celebration. Health and wellnessadditionally, programs were expanded in health and wellness. This included cooking classes and a garden play project. E.c.s.v. Also focused its efforts in deepening ties with the community,and through a series of focus groups developed a strategy to better center community and the lived experiences of the clients it serves in decision-making.dual language learningthe organization continues to develop children's home/first language while fostering both second and home language skills to promote positive development and reducing socioeconomic opportunities gap.build the futureduring the year ended june 30, 2023, the organization entered into a fiscal sponsorship agreement with build the future to assist with the administration of the committee program. The focus of the program is to build a brighter future for all santa clara county redisents by advocating for affordable, quality childcare for all and reducing poverty, improving community safety, and building a stronger economy. Under the terms of the agreement, the organization assumes the financial aspect of the program operations. All funds received by the organization are reported by the organization as contribution revenue as the organization has variance power over assets.

Restructuring planduring the year ended june 30,2023, the organiation entered into a fiscal sponsorship agreement with the build the future committee to assist with the administration of the committee program. Under the terms of the agreement, the organization assumes the financial aspect of the program operations.
